Enter your contact information and let us know what problems you are having, or simply ask a question. As soon as we receive your information we will start working on your request and contact you back with a response or phone call as soon as possible.

If you are using BlueNote Lights Version 5 or higher you can enter a support ticket directly from the BlueNote client that's having a problem by clicking  Menu then Help , then Support and selecting the Contact tab. This is the preferred method and should expedite your support request.
